All Pre-Built versions use authentic Molicel P42A 21700 cells (4200mAh, 45A). These are premium high-performance lithium-ion cells known for their excellent balance of capacity, cycle life, and safety.

2. Can I use other 21700 cells in the Case Only version?

Yes. The case supports most flat-top 21700 lithium-ion cells. However, we recommend using six brand-new, matched cells of the same model and production date. Mixing old/new or different models can cause imbalance and shorten the pack’s life.

3. What is the real capacity of the Pre-Built pack?

With six Molicel P42A cells (4200mAh each), the total rated capacity is about 25,200mAh. Actual usable capacity may vary slightly depending on discharge rate, load, and temperature.

4. What’s the difference between Dual USB and Wireless versions?

The 22.5W Dual USB version provides high-speed wired charging through USB ports. The 22.5W + 15W Wireless version adds a Qi wireless charging pad on top of the case for cable-free charging convenience.

5. Is it safe to build my own pack?

Yes, if done properly. Lithium-ion cells must be installed with correct polarity and handled with care. The built-in BMS (Battery Management System) offers protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short-circuit.
