How It Works

1. Fill out the quick form – Tell us what you’re sending (takes ~1 minute). Open the form.
2. Mail your battery packs – Ship securely to our processing address:

3. Choose your option – Trade-in for store credit, or send for safe handling.
4. Get confirmation / credit – We’ll email a discount code if you chose trade-in.

Safe Shipping Tips

• Cover terminals with tape or place each pack in a plastic bag.
• Cushion well so packs don’t move in the box.
• Ship via UPS or USPS Ground (no air for lithium).

What We Accept

• Power tool battery packs (DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, Makita, etc.)
• E-bike & electric scooter battery packs

**Note:** We only accept **lithium-ion** battery packs. Other chemistries—such as NiCd, NiMH, or lead-acid—are *not eligible* for trade-in or credit. If sent, they will be recycled **without** credit.
