Returns & Refunds (Summary)

Eligibility & Windows

  • New & Rebuilt/Refurbished Packs: Returnable within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Rebuild Service (your pack rebuilt): Custom service, non-refundable; covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty.
  • Accessories/Parts: 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Trade-In Credits: Non-refundable; usable toward new packs, rebuilt packs, or our rebuild service.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@renewspark.com with your order # and issue (photos/video help).
  2. Wait for an RMA number and return instructions. Do not ship lithium batteries without an RMA.
  3. Ship via UPS/USPS Ground, terminals covered and well cushioned.

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable unless verified DOA or our error.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless approved (e.g., verified DOA within 30 days).

DOA & Warranty

  • DOA within 30 days: We’ll provide a prepaid label or equivalent and repair/replace/refund.
  • After 30 days, issues are handled under our Warranty / Rebuild Guarantee.

Exclusions

We cannot accept items with misuse, physical/water damage, modified wiring/cases, missing packaging/accessories, or final-sale items.
