At RenewSpark, we ship quickly, safely, and in full compliance with lithium-ion shipping regulations. This policy covers shipping times, methods, free-shipping categories, and special instructions for our Send-In & Rebuild Services.
Rebuild Services: Customers cover inbound shipping to us. Return shipping is free after the rebuild is complete.
Processing Times
- Small Parts (Free Shipping): Ships in 1–2 business days.
- Standard Products & DIY Tools: Ships in 1–2 business days via USPS Ground or UPS Ground.
- Battery Rebuild Services: Turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive your battery.
- You will receive tracking for orders that include trackable shipping services.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship through USPS and UPS Ground (and occasionally FedEx for certain items).
- Small Parts: Always free shipping within the U.S.
- Standard Products: Shipped via USPS or UPS Ground depending on size and weight.
- Lithium-ion items: Ground transport only — no air shipments.
Free Shipping Categories
- Small Parts: Always free shipping within the United States.
- Battery Rebuild Services: Customer pays inbound shipping; return shipping is free after the rebuild.
- Occasional promotions may offer free or discounted shipping on other categories.
Delivery Estimates
- Small Parts: Typically 2–6 business days.
- Standard Products: 2–6 business days (ground).
- Battery Return Shipments (Rebuilds): 2–6 business days.
- Remote or rural locations may require additional transit time.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- You are responsible for inbound shipping costs.
- We cover the return shipping back to you for all rebuild services.
- Use UPS or USPS Ground only — no air shipments for lithium batteries.
- Cover terminals with tape/caps and pack securely with cushioning.
- Include your order number inside the box.
Return / Warranty Shipments
- Do not send any return without an RMA. Email support@renewspark.com for authorization.
- Follow lithium shipping rules (ground only, terminals protected).
Rates, Taxes & Fees
- Shipping rates for non–free shipping categories are calculated at checkout.
- Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Tracking & Delivery
- Orders that include trackable shipping services will receive a tracking email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scans to appear.
- If a package shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, or your carrier, then contact us for assistance.
Address Issues & Delivery Delays
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- Items returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur a reship fee.
- Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, but we will assist where possible.
Safety Notes (Lithium-Ion)
- Ship ground only.
- Protect terminals and cushion packs inside the box.
- Do not ship punctured, swollen, or leaking packs — contact us first.
