Shipping & Delivery

At RenewSpark, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in compliance with lithium-ion shipping rules. This page covers processing times, methods, delivery estimates, and instructions for our Send-In & Trade-In program.


Processing Times

  • Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Rebuild services and made-to-order items may require additional handling; we’ll email updates.
  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via UPS and USPS (and occasionally FedEx).
  • Available speeds (shown at checkout): Standard Ground, Expedited, or Priority (where allowed).
  • Some battery products are regulated as hazmat and must ship by ground only—no air transport.

Delivery Estimates

  • Contiguous U.S.: 2–6 business days after dispatch (ground).
  • Remote/rural areas may require extra transit time.
  • Expedited options are shown at checkout when eligible (non-hazmat items only).

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Send-In & Trade-In Shipments (You → RenewSpark)

If you’re mailing batteries for our Send-In & Trade-In Program, please ship to:

  • Cover terminals with tape or caps, or place each pack in a plastic bag.
  • Cushion well so packs don’t move inside the box.
  • Ship via UPS or USPS Ground only (no air for lithium batteries).
  • Customers are responsible for inbound shipping unless otherwise stated.

Return/Warranty Shipments (You ↔ RenewSpark)

  • Do not ship any return without an RMA. Email support@renewspark.com to obtain an RMA and the correct return address (PO Boxes are not always suitable for returns).
  • Follow ground-only and terminal-protection rules for lithium batteries.

Rates, Taxes & Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and carrier service.
  • Sales tax is applied where required by law.
  • Occasional promotions may offer free or discounted shipping; details will appear at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking is emailed automatically after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
  • If a package shows “Delivered” but you don’t see it, check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier. Then contact us—we’ll help investigate.
  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.

Address Issues & Delivery Delays

  • Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may incur reship fees.
  • Carrier/weather delays are outside our control, but we’ll assist where possible.

Safety Notes (Lithium-Ion)

  • Ship ground only; never ship lithium batteries by air.
  • Protect terminals, isolate packs, and use adequate cushioning.
  • Do not ship swollen, punctured, or leaking packs—contact us for guidance.
