1. What kind of cells do you use in your battery packs?
All of our custom battery packs are built with brand-new, high-quality lithium-ion cells, including trusted brands like Molicel and Samsung. We test every cell for consistency and performance before building.
2. Can I request a custom pack or bare wire leads instead of XT60?
Yes! Just leave a note during checkout or contact us through the Contact page. We can cut off the XT60 and leave the wires bare, or even build a custom configuration depending on your needs.
3. What are your battery packs best used for?
Our packs are ideal for:
- RC cars, boats, and drones
- FPV goggles and ground stations
- Robotics and Arduino projects
- LED strips, portable fans, and custom electronics
4. Do you offer tool battery rebuilds?
Yes. We rebuild popular brands like Snap-on, Makita, and DeWalt with fresh, high-drain cells. Look for rebuild service listings under the Tool Battery Packs section.
5. What kind of charger should I use?
Only use a charger that supports 2S Li-ion battery packs (7.4V) and follows proper charging safety protocols. Never use a charger not designed for lithium-ion packs.
6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the USA due to lithium battery shipping restrictions.
7. How long does it take to ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from California. Tracking will be provided as soon as your order goes out.
8. Do your battery packs come with a warranty?
We guarantee that all packs are tested, working, and built with new cells. If there’s an issue with your pack, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
