This is a battery build kit, not an OEM-style rebuild kit. The included housing and internal components are designed to work together as one complete matched set. The internal components may differ in size, shape, or layout from the parts inside an original Milwaukee battery and are not intended as individual replacement parts for an original OEM battery housing.

Battery Capacity

Because this kit uses a 5S1P configuration, the finished battery capacity will be approximately equal to the rated capacity of the individual 18650 cells used.

For example, five properly matched 3,000mAh cells would create a battery pack with a nominal capacity of approximately 3.0Ah. Actual capacity, output current, runtime, and performance depend on the cells selected and the quality of the completed assembly.

The kit includes the upper and lower battery housing, internal cell holder, circuit board, conductive metal pieces, electrical contacts, wiring, springs, screws, insulation materials, battery-level indicator components, labels, and the other parts shown in the product photos.

Assembly Requirements

This product is intended for experienced users familiar with lithium-ion battery construction, cell testing, cell matching, insulation, polarity, series connections, BMS wiring, and safe battery assembly.

The buyer is responsible for selecting suitable high-drain 18650 cells with the correct voltage, capacity, discharge rating, chemistry, and specifications for the intended application.

Use only properly tested and closely matched cells. Do not mix cells of different brands, models, capacities, ages, voltage levels, chemistry, or condition.
