This kit provides all the parts needed to rebuild a battery pack for Milwaukee M18 18V tools using 18650 lithium-ion cells. Designed for experienced users who will install and manage their own cells. Batteries/cells are not included.

This is a compatible replacement kit. It is independently manufactured and is not an original Milwaukee-branded product.

Included Components:

• M18‑compatible battery shell / housing
• 5S BMS board with protection & balancing circuits, for a 10-cell 5S2P pack
• Pre‑cut nickel strips and wiring set
• Hardware & connector leads

• Configuration: 5S2P layout (10 cells: 5 in series, 2 in parallel)
• Cell format: 18650
• Nominal Voltage: ~18V (tool‑class standard)
• Fits Milwaukee M18 tools and compatible chargers

• Final pack capacity depends entirely on the cells you install
