Battery Capacity

Because this is a 6S2P configuration, two cells are paralleled at each of the six series positions, so the finished pack capacity is approximately double the rated capacity of a single cell. For example, twelve matched 3,000mAh cells produce a pack of approximately 6.0Ah (about 130Wh at 21.6 V nominal). Actual capacity, output current, and runtime depend entirely on the cells selected and the quality of the assembly.

Notes & Safety

• No cells included. You provide the twelve 18650 cells.
• Use twelve cells of the same make, model, and state of charge. Mismatched cells in a parallel group can cause circulating current and uneven wear.
• Requires spot welder and basic lithium-ion handling experience.
• Verify polarity and insulation before assembly. Incorrect wiring can cause damage or injury.
