This kit provides all the parts needed to rebuild a battery pack for DeWalt DCB205 20V MAX tools (sold as 18V XR outside the US — same pack, same rail). Designed for experienced users who will install and manage their own lithium-ion cells (cells not included).

This is a compatible replacement kit. It is independently manufactured and is not an original DeWalt-branded product.

Included Components:

• DeWalt DCB205-compatible 20V battery shell / housing
• 5S BMS board with protection & balancing circuits, for a 10-cell 5S2P pack
• Pre-cut nickel strips and wiring set
• Hardware & connector leads

• Configuration: 5S2P layout (10 cells: 5 in series, 2 in parallel)
• Cell format: 18650
• Nominal Voltage: ~20V (tool-class standard)
• Fits DeWalt 20V MAX tools and compatible chargers
• Protection Features: Over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, balancing functionality
• Final pack capacity depends entirely on the cells you install

• Cells — you supply your own 18650 lithium-ion cells
