At 0.5 mm, this strip carries far more current than standard 0.15–0.2 mm nickel or copper strip. Ideal for main busbars, series links in high-drain packs, e-bike and scooter batteries, and DIY high-current wiring.

Welding note: 0.5 mm copper is too thick and too conductive for most hobby spot welders to weld directly to cells. It is usually soldered, bolted, or welded through a thin nickel layer (nickel-copper sandwich) with a high-power welder. Check your welder's rating before buying.
