• Purchase the service.
• Ship your Ryobi 40V battery pack to us. The case and BMS must be intact and reusable.
• We replace the internal cells with brand-new, premium-grade cells, reassemble, test, and ship it back.

• Only send the battery pack—do not send tools or chargers.
