• Material: Solid copper busbar with nickel spot-weld pads at each cell contact point
• Why copper + nickel: the copper body carries current with far lower resistance and less heat than pure nickel, while the nickel pads spot-weld cleanly to the cells (bare copper won’t weld well)
• Thickness: 0.2 mm
• Piece count: 6 pieces per set
• Cut to shape: matched to the factory cell layout of the M18 8.0Ah pack

Fitment

• Fits Milwaukee M18 8.0Ah packs built on 21700 cells
• Does not fit M18 5.0Ah or 6.0Ah packs — those use 18650 cells and a different layout
• Does not fit M18 12.0Ah packs — different cell count and layout

Assembly Requirements

• Spot welding required
• Weld to the nickel pads, not the bare copper — copper doesn’t spot-weld well. Dial in your welder before committing welds.
• Experience with lithium pack assembly recommended
