Service only: This is a rebuild service for your existing Bosch 18V battery pack. It is not the sale of a new battery or tool.

How it works

• Purchase the service and select your model (GBA18V40 or BAT612) from the dropdown.
• Ship your Bosch 18V battery pack to us. The case and BMS must be intact and reusable.
• We replace the internal cells with brand-new, premium-grade cells matched to your model, reassemble, test, and ship it back.

What you get

• Removal and responsible recycling of old cells
• Installation of new, premium-quality cells (model-appropriate)
• Electrical checks, balancing/verification, and full functional test
• Fast turnaround: typically 1–2 business days after receipt
• Free return shipping back to you after the rebuild is complete

Requirements & notes

• Case and BMS must be intact, non-corroded, and reusable. If corrosion or damage is found, we will contact you before proceeding.
• You cover inbound shipping when sending the pack to us; we cover the free return shipping after the rebuild.
• Only send the battery pack—do not send tools or chargers.
