Service only: This is a rebuild service for your existing Boosted Rev battery pack. It is not the sale of a new battery or scooter.

How it works

• Purchase the service.
• Ship your Boosted Rev battery pack to us.
• We open the sealed case, replace the internal cells with brand-new premium cells, test it, and ship it back.

Important – About the Battery Case

The Boosted Rev battery pack is factory ultrasonically welded. This means there are no screws or access panels. To rebuild it, the case must be cut open along the welded seam. After the rebuild, we carefully reseal the case, but it will not look factory-new. A visible seam will remain. Functionally, the battery will perform like new.

Requirements & Notes

• BMS must be functional. If the BMS is dead or non-responsive, the rebuild cannot be completed.
• No internal water damage. If water damage is discovered after opening, we will stop, reseal the pack, and issue a refund.
• Case will not restore to factory appearance due to the cutting required to open it.
• You cover inbound shipping when sending the pack to us; we cover return shipping.
• Only send the battery pack — please do not send chargers or the scooter.
